The Plant is fully equipped to manufacture approximately 2,00,000 Units of knitting outerwear Per annum in single shift operation, but it can also operate on two shift basis to cope with rush orders.

The Unit is capable of producing Pullovers , Cardigans, Slipovers, Jumpers, Jackets, Children Wears & Vests in various Shapes and styles such as round neck, V-Neck, Roll & High neck in saddle, raglan, set-in sleeves in 2.5 , 4, 6, 8, and 12 gauges with all kind of hand & machine embroideries and crochet art work. Processed product line like tie & Dye, Enzyme Wash, Bio- Wash are also made.

The unit has every machine and equipment such as Hand Flat Knitting Machines, OverLock, Linking, Lock Stitch, Cup Seaming, Buttoning & button hole stitching, milling, tumble drying, steam pressing machine etc.

The Unit has tied up arrangements with many other fabricators having different Knitting machines. The management of the Plant is Placed in hands of well- qualified and technically experienced staff including managers and supervisors. An extensive training is also given to factory workers for "in process inspection system" to prevent the manufacturing of defective product.

In our endeavour of customer satisfaction in quality. We pay special attention in selecting proper count & gauge of Knitting machine. Moreover for dyeing we use azo free dyes & Eco friendly chemical for finishing.
Our in house quality control system inspects garments at every stage of the production.
